All expeditions are paced and designed for differing abilities and goals. Let us know if you are in the Beginner (exercises <1 time a week), Intermediate (exercise 2-3 times a week) or Advanced (exercise 4+ times a week) category.
If you do not choose to bring your own riding shoes and clipless pedals, please wear comfortable close-toed shoes. No extra fee will be charged.
Please note all health concerns so that we can best prepare for any potential medical situations. Your guide will follow up with you before departure and monitor you (discretely) during your adventure. Keep in mind that altitude affects athletic performance and stamina for all people.
